Weekly

Full clean of Space - Floors swept and mopped . General tidy up . Bar / Kitchen clean

Liase and confirm dates with all bookings for the week. General customer service to ensure their event is on track and needs are met

Monthly

Ensure utilisation of event space. Ensure contact list of previous enquiries is up to date - informed of available spots for the month. Email / Texts to be sent

Liase with management to ensure activation if under utilised

Maintenance check - maintenance as required
