MOOROOKA WAS A HUNTING GROUND FOR THE JAGERA PEOPLES. ON THIS GROUND WAS A BORA RING - A PLACE OF CEREMONY, AND THE PROCESS LEADING UP TO IT, INVOLVING THE LEARNING OF SACRED SONGS, STORIES AND DANCES. MANY DIFFERENT CLANS ASSEMBLED TO PARTICIPATE.
