Weekly

Full clean of Big Sky - Floors swept and mopped . General tidy up of cables

Liase and confirm dates with all bookings for the week. General customer service

Monthly

Ensure utilisation of Big Sky as Dry Hire is to full utilisation. Ensure contact list of engineers are up to date - informed of available spots for the month. Email / Texts to be sent

Liase with management to ensure activation if under utilised. Ensure marketing plan is entwined with calls to action for Dry Hires ( Social media shoutouts/ Business to business catch ups / Touching base with existing database

Maintenance check - check with engineers that no reported issues ( cabling / Inputs / gear) arrange for maintenance as required
